Steelcase uses an advanced customized version to manage relations, contacts, notes, tasks, and quotations per sales region. In the relatively autonomous Belgian, Dutch and British offices, sales employees will only have access to the contacts in their region. The application administrators and sales team managers have extended access and vast reporting features.
